I’m a Clinical Psychologist currently practicing as an
independent practitioner in Cape Town.

Throughout my training, I've been fortunate to work with families
and children from all walks of life. During this time, I've come to
develop admiration for the resilience, wisdom & strength clients carry
within themselves.
​
I've learned that we all carry our own life stories and experiences.
Some of these experiences may have contributed to unconscious emotional wounds and unhelpful beliefs which can contribute to disconnection, pain and unhelpful ways of coping.
​
By developing awareness of our stories and wounds we can start a process of healing which can equip us to take better care
of ourselves and live full and healthy lives.
I believe that treatment should be shaped to fit the specific needs
of each client and therefore I adjust my therapeutic modality
and intervention accordingly. I incorporate the following therapeutic modalities in my approach:
Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

I provide short and long term individual psychotherapy for adults
(18 years of age and older ). Sessions are provided either online
or in person (dependent on client needs).
​
This practice does not conduct any psychometric,
forensic or medico-legal assessments.
